Tomorrow through Wednesday, students from 37 tribal colleges across the U.S. and Canada will be competing at the annual AIHEC tribal college student conference held this year in Bismarck, North Dakota. The schedule of events and all information can be found here on the conference website.
Part of the competition involves students reading six books and engaging with a video. The video for this year's competition is Standing Rock's Mary Louise Defender Wilson storytelling and discussing her personal story. You can watch it here.
