Student artwork emerges from the files

Sitting Bull College and Standing Rock have many very talented artists. This drawing above was created around 2005 by a student for the Sitting Bull College Culture Club which was then called Ikčé Oyáte. Ikčé Oyáte translates as "the common or ordinary people".
