The Bureau of Land Management has a useful online tool to access and download images of original land patent records. In addition, it allows one to zoom in on an interactive map to view the location of the land parcel. In addition to searching by name, the site also allows searches by area using the map tool to zoom in on a selected area. Another great tool that allows greater access to government documents.
